The battery in my Honda Civic went out without warning. After my colleague jumped started my battery, I called Rance and drove there. Immediately Rance reviewed and replaced my car battery within a short time. I have been their customer for over 30 years, since Pete and Mark started their business, always reliable. Rance is a good employee.

I called late and Mike managed to get me in for new brakes. But being the honest people they are at Good Guys, I didn't need brakes after all. Anywhere else I would have taken my car, they would have told me I needed new brakes all around. They truly live up to their name "Good Guys". I don't take my car anywhere else.

I brought the family truck in for service because it was having issues starting for the last 6 months. It is not a truck we drive daily or even weekly. Long story short: I brought it in because I was fairly convinced there was a problem with some aspect of the starting mechanism on this diesel truck. They said the only problem was that my batteries were bad and they replaced them. I knew the batteries weren't great, but again, I was convinced there was some other problem. So I ended up paying $150 for them to change my batteries - something I could have (and should have) easily done myself. Time will tell if that was the only problem. I will let the truck sit for a week while we're out of town. If I come back and it won't start up, then I'll know there is in fact another problem. Hopefully not!
