I stopped in last minute for an oil change Monday morning. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the staff told me they could schedule me in the same morning. I was impressed that they accommodated me and valued my time. I sat watching TV in the waiting room for about 45 minutes until the oil change was finished.Overall, my experience was very positive, I'd come back, and I'd recommend Good Guys to any of my friends or family.
