The Good Guys have been my mechanics for DECADES! They are simply the best. I am a female with a technical background. I have dealt with other auto repair shops that tried to "B.S" me, not knowing my background.... but I have not ever had an issue with The Good Guys. They always explain what they are suggesting, why they think it necessary and I appreciate that type of very direct communication. They will always have my business. (And I have had a LOT of cars into their shop.... we were recently updating the list to just show those I own at present. ) Good Guy get my FIVE STARS!!!!

My Fiancé’s car broke down along the 91 and we had her car towed here by AAA as it was the closest within the free towing range. Our AAA driver recommended this place and mentioned the good reviews. Upon diagnosis we found out that her car was basically totaled and we should look to get a new one for the sake of reliability. Front Desk and Mechanics were super nice and understanding of our situation and did their best to explain the problems to us. He waived half of the diagnostic fee and allowed us to use the parking lot to have a salvage service come by. 5 Stars, would recommend anyone going here.
