Janine and Mark are exceptional! I called on a Monday morning not really knowing what was wrong with my Cadillac and Janine was very professional and helpful. She assured me I could bring my car down, even though that were already booked heavily for the day, and my car would be checked. I was also given a ride home which was very helpful. My car was indeed checked and diagnosed and fixed that same day. Mark was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail and even took the extra time to recheck my car late in the afternoon. I came to Goodguys by their reviews online and I am glad I went through with my decision. I am a customer for life and will refer this wonderful family owned business to all my friends.
