Service was honest and prompt. There are always opportunities for automotive repair shops to misrepresent the problem in order to sell more parts and repair hours. But the Good Guys don't do it. They will tell you what's going on, and if they can fix it without replacing something, they will offer that option. In this particular case, they re-programmed a door module, where they could have simply told me that it failed and needed to be replaced. I appreciate the honesty, and the cost savings.

Great job on the repairs of my car. A little more expensive than I ever would have guessed but that's because it's a BMW. Good communication all the way through. Thanks!
