I recently changed auto specialists. I made a list of like 5 shops in the area and called the 1st one.....Good Guys Automotive. Based on the reception, and handling of the call, cool, friendly and professional, I did not need to call the other #'s on my list. The young lady who took my call was "professionalism personified". The next day, when I took my auto into the shop, I was handled quickly, yet very professionally. They took the questions I had about my car very seriously. I was told what they were going to do, and if my car needed more than the normal maintenance, they would call. I was appraised of some brake work that needed to be done and I was told what time my car would be ready. What's great is, I was given text message updates on their progress. Top notch people.
