The air conditioner mixer door went out in my daughters car, and I was stunned to hear that the entire dashboard needed to be removed, and how expensive the repair was going to cost, but when the mechanic explained in great detail what was involved, it made sense. He also called around and price shopped for me and I confirmed what he said when it came to pricing. He was completely upfront and honest. He also did exactly what he said and kept me updated the entire time, and documented the entire repair with pictures, to show me how involved it was. Man!!! Talk about involved!!! It looked like a bad car accident. The interior was unrecognizable, but they managed to put it all back together and it works great! True master mechanics. I am in the high end appliance repair business, and know how expensive repairs can be necessary, and how much experience and expertise is needed in certain situations. My wife and I am glad, we were referred to Good Guys Auto.
