I have been a customer for many years. Their service is terrific. The name is no misnomer. They are honest and reliable. Their pricing is reasonable and much better than dealerships, particularly for high end vehicles. When I need an honest assessment of what needs to be done, I take my cars to the Good Guys. Even when we have to use the dealer for proprietary reasons, I often get a second opinion from the Good Guys first. I'm a 52 year old attorney and it's hard for me to trust anyone, but I trust them. They're a dying breed - a local business run by local folks you know, or, in my mom's case, taught in grade school. My parents referred me and I'm gald they did.
