Mark and his team hit the mark again-thorough assessment and explanation of what was needed now and what could be delayed if necessary. The mechanic saw the rear brakes were very near to needing to be replaced, and since I'm planning on a road trip soon, Mark suggested I think about getting the brakes pads replaced before the trip. I did and asked for a brake change. They were able to do it same day!

My experience with good guys was not so good! They are real good at telling you what you want to hear to make the sale. Would advise anyone considering to purchase a vehicle from them to use caution when providing them personal information as they will use that to manipulate you.! They give car salesman a bad reputation.

Every car I’ve brought here to be repaired has been gone over meticulously l, fixed correctly, at a reasonable cost, and with friendly staff. The mechanics and front crew must have great communication. They know exactly what’s going on and explain it very well to you.
