I always enjoy the service and care received from the staff at the Good Guys. I completely trust their service suggestions and never feel they are trying to sell me something I don't need or perform a service that is not required.

I brought my 2001 Honda Civic in suggesting that it had a warped head or head gasket due to the car overheating during my son's road trip to Oregon. Good Guys tested the car completely and could not get the car to overheat or leak any coolant through the head gasket. Rather than removing the head chalking up a lot of labor, they suggested that I drive the car around town to see if the problem persists. I feel that other establishments would have suggested doing the labor. I appreciate Good Guys' honesty and efforts to save their clients money. When you find an honest as well as expert mechanic, don't ever change!
