I had an emergency issue come up(aren't they all) and I immediately called Good Guys. Mark gave me some tips on how to home diagnose my possible battery issue. I had my new battery but still could not get it to start. While still at home, Mark suggested focusing on my cables. Sure enough that was it. Of course I broke my cable but Good Guys fixed it quickly for me.

Shirley said she always receives good service. They are very friendly and professional. She said she had a question about replacing the door handles. She said they could have told her they had fixed the handles and charged her, but they didn't take advantage of her. They showed her that the locks worked fine, she just needed to be shown how to lock and unlock the child locks. She appreciates that the business has always been honest.

Spoke with Valentine. He said they were knowledgeable and they did not try to sell him anything he did not want. They did just what he asked them to do.
