Thanks for your advice and help today, Mark! I'm at Costco right now and they verified all 4 tires on the CRV were purchased in March of 2019. The tires are rated for 60k miles and the odo is showing 12k. Even without rotating, the tire technician said they wore quickly. The Costco mileage warranty is covering 79% so the new tire that's being replaced is only costing me $40.10 As always, thanks again for your trusted advice. I will always tell anyone looking for an honest mechanic to look to the Good Guys first.
